How to Get Rid of Upper Lip Wrinkles

Always wear a sunblock of SPF 15+ whenever you plan on spending time in the sun, and re-apply sunblock every 30 minutes to prevent sun damage. It may seem extreme to apply sunblock around your mouth all the time, but it's a small price to pay for getting rid of ugly upper lip wrinkles; not to mention a great way to protect yourself from them for the future.

- Place thumbs beneath your upper lip and your forefingers on top of your upper lip.
- Pull your upper lip down toward your bottom lip.
- Using your mouth muscles, pull your upper lip upward as if trying to sneer.
- Meanwhile continue using thumbs and fingers to pull downward for a count of five.
- Repeat for a total of 5 reps, once or twice a day.
